This endpoint checks that all necessary requirements are met and allows team administrators to publish model versions to the Model Library.
When a Data Scientist requests to activate a model's version and they require approval, a validation request is sent to the team administrator. Team administrators use this endpoint to activate model versions and publish them in the Model Library.
When at least one version is active the whole model becomes active and available in the Model Library.
